Pawnee County, OK Medical Marijuana Authority

Beginning on August 3, 2020, any applications for a commercial medical marijuana permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee in the amount of $250.00 annually. Pawnee County does not conduct inspections for Certificate of Occupancy. A separate application fee will be required for each location, and the fee is nontransferable.

An inspection of the proposed medical marijuana business shall be conducted by the Oklahoma State Fire Marshall.

The processing of the application by the Pawnee County Commissioners is not complete until the County has:

• determined the application is complete
• determined that county required affidavit is complete and accompanies the OMMA application
• $250.00 OMMA application Fee is received
• Medical Marijuana applicant provides a property sheet from the Assessors office and submits it with the OMMA application
• completed OMMA application will be presented to the commissioner that the commercial medical marijuana resides in during the next BOCC meeting for approval and signature.
• OMMA application can be picked up the Wednesday after the BOCC meeting in the Commissioners Office Room 104.
